  • Designed for Propane & Natural Gas.

    The griddle is factory set to burn liquid propane gas. A regulator is installed and leak tested, so all you have to do is connect to a propane tank. Plumbed installations are also possible for both propane and natural gas. If using natural gas, each burner must be converted using the included components.

    HearthStone Outdoor Griddles must be located outdoors.

    • Locate the unit in a well-ventilated area.

    • The counter and supporting ledges or deck must be level and flat.

    • The enclosure should have ventilation holes to prevent gas build-up in the event of a leak.

    Use the HearthStone Outdoor Build-in Liner for installation into a combustible enclosure.

    Allow 24" from the sides and rear to combustible construction while in operation.
