Cast iron griddles include a premium hinged cover. The cover can also be used with our stainless steel griddles.
The cover opens up to shield the griddle while cooking. In the closed position, it presents a stylish, finished product and keeps the griddle clean and protected from the elements.
The cover must remain open while the griddle is in use.

Some assembly is required to install the hinged cover. Follow the steps shown in the griddle owner’s manual to assemble the lid and mount the lid to the griddle chassis.
