The Genio Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven has everything you’re looking for in a pizza oven. As the name implies, the Genio is ready to cook with either gas or wood.
Cooking with gas is quick, convenient, and clean. Just like a gas grill, all you have to do is turn it on and you’ll be ready to cook in minutes.
Cooking with wood adds smoky, earthy flavors to the crust and toppings of the pizza to create a delicious, authentic flavor that can only be achieved by cooking with wood.
And, it’s easy to convert the oven back and forth between gas burning and wood burning using the included gas burner cover.

Genio’s thick soapstone floor gives a consistent and reliable even heat for everything on your menu. Soapstone will also hold its heat longer than a regular fire bricks, giving you more cooking time from less wood. So, go ahead and put that dessert casserole in while you’re enjoying dinner.

Constructed out of Stainless Steel, the Genio was meant to be used outdoors in all weather. Rain, snow and direct sun are no match for the superior Genio construction and performance.
Thick insulation covers all sides of the oven. This material keeps heat in for a quick heat-up time, and reduces the outside surface temperatures.

The included gas regulator connects to typical propane tank. Or, plumb the oven to a gas line, either NG or LP.
Install the gas burner cover to cook with wood. Use the included log rack to elevates the fire for a consistent burn.
